Article 1 — General Information and Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the khode. website, accessible at khodeworld.com. They apply to all orders placed by any customer, whether an individual or a professional, residing in France or internationally.
khode. is operated by Audrey Martinez, Entreprise Individuelle registered in France, SIREN pending attribution, with registered correspondence address at Rue des Cordiers 12, 1207 Genève, Suisse. Contact: hello@khodeworld.com
By placing an order on the khode. website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale in their entirety, without reservation. These Terms of Sale prevail over any other document, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by khode.
khode. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force at the time the order is placed by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult these Terms of Sale before each order.
Article 2 — Products
khode. offers a curated selection of products across multiple categories including fashion, jewelry, accessories, beauty, fragrance, technology, and home goods.
khode. makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions, photographs, and characteristics of the products presented on the website are as accurate as possible. However, photographs and visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or photographic rendering.
khode. reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or add products to its offering at any time and without prior notice. Product availability is indicated on each product page and is subject to change. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, khode. will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer either a substitute product, a store credit, or a full refund.
All products offered by khode. are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The customer is invited to read the full product description carefully before placing an order. In the event of any doubt or question, the customer is encouraged to contact khode. at hello@khodeworld.com prior to purchase.
Article 3 — Prices
All prices displayed on the khode. website are indicated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
khode. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without prior notice. However, the price applicable to any given order will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed by the customer.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before the customer finalizes their order. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price displayed on the website.
In the event of a manifest pricing error on the website, khode. reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after confirmation, and will notify the customer immediately.
Article 4 — Orders
To place an order on the khode. website, the customer must complete the membership registration form, providing accurate and complete personal information including their name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and Instagram handle, in accordance with the khode. membership process.
Once registered, the customer may browse the available products and add items to their cart. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer upon completion of the purchase.
khode. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following circumstances, including but not limited to: suspicion of fraud, abnormal order quantity, inability to process payment, inaccurate or incomplete customer information, or product unavailability. In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and any payment made will be refunded in full.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of ordering is accurate and up to date. khode. cannot be held liable for any delays, errors, or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Article 5 — Payment
khode. accepts the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as any other payment methods made available at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its partner payment providers. khode. does not store any payment card information on its servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards.
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. No order will be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.
In the event of a payment failure or refusal by the customer’s bank or payment provider, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified by email. khode. cannot be held responsible for any charges or fees applied by the customer’s bank in connection with the transaction.
Article 6 — Shipping and Delivery
khode. processes all orders within 3 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• France and Europe: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 21 business days
These delivery times are estimates provided for guidance only and are not contractually guaranteed. khode. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions for tracking their package.
Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon handover of the order to the shipping carrier. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the customer is invited to contact khode. at hello@khodeworld.com so that we may assist in initiating a claim with the carrier.
khode. ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify khode. in writing at hello@khodeworld.com within the 14-day withdrawal period, clearly stating their intention to return the order.
Returned items must be sent back to khode. within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. khode. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or does not correspond to the order placed.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, khode. will notify the customer by email of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including but not limited to: personalized or custom-made items, sealed beauty or personal care products that have been opened, and any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Article 8 — Warranties and Liability
khode. is committed to delivering products that conform to their description on the website. In the event that a product is received damaged, defective, or not conforming to the order, the customer must notify khode. within 48 hours of receipt by contacting hello@khodeworld.com with photographic evidence of the issue.
In such cases, khode. will offer the customer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund, at khode.’s discretion.
khode. cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through the website, beyond the value of the order in question.
Article 9 — Intellectual Property
All content on the khode. website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of khode. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Article 10 — Personal Data
khode. collects and processes customer personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website. By placing an order, the customer consents to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of order management, delivery, customer service, and marketing communications where applicable.
Article 11 — Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Sale, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter amicably. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
In accordance with EU regulations on online dispute resolution, customers may also submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
